The procedure to exhibit in Horexpo 2010 is easy:
- Please book your stand by indicating the sqm required and by filling in your details on the application form.
- Please send the application form to the relevant office as indicated on this page.
- At November 2009 the organisation of HOREXPO will bring together the participating companies to allocate the corresponding booths. The companies will be asked to attend according to their sector of activity and the sqm requested. In case of equal sqm booked, priority will be given to companies who already exhibited at Horexpo 2008.

CONSTRUCT DATA is the name of an Austrian organisation that captures exhibitors from various trade fairs, including fairs organised by Reed Exhibitions, and offers them the opportunity to appear in a fairs directory, FAIRGuide SCAM.
The documents that CONSTRUCT DATA sends to companies tend to give rise to confusion. As a result, many firms think that these documents are the forms that the organisers, in this case Reed Exhibitions, send out to exhibitors to have their name included free of charge in the Official Exhibition Guide.
CONSTRUCT DATA is in fact a company that has nothing at all to do with the organisation of ours fairs. It takes advantage of the weeks when exhibitors are making their final preparations for taking part in the fair to send them forms requesting their details so as to include them in its catalogue.
Reed Exhibitions advises exhibitors to read all the documents they receive regarding their participation in the fair very carefully:
- Communications from Reed Exhibitions are easily identifiable and under no circumstances will they ask you for any payment whatsoever for appearing in the show Official Catalogue.
- CONSTRUCT DATA communications give rise to confusion, as they use the name of both Reed Exhibitions and the correspondant show. If you fill in its form and send it back, CONSTRUCT DATA will ask you for payment of around 3.000,00 Euro. Neither CONSTRUCT DATA nor any other company has permission from Reed Exhibitions to sell publication products on its behalf (except in the case of express consent).
Reed Exhibitions is doing everything in its power to solve this problem which could affect its exhibitors. For the moment, we recommend that you take care with any documentation you receive.
